Grande ritardo di consegna

Ciao a tutti, qualche giorno fá mi é arrivata un email con il seguente testo :

Dear Valued Customer,
We are contacting you to explain the delay with your order on Gearbest.
Unfortunately, due to clearance checks requirements, your parcel is currently being checked by the local Customs. Recently, Customs engage in very strict checks of most packages entering or leaving a country. Due to this it has caused a delay to the shipping time of your order.
We have urged the shipping company to resolve this issue as soon as possible. They have confirmed with us that the parcel will be delayed in customs about 10 business days.
We kindly suggest that you wait a little longer to receive your package.
Once again, we wish to extend our sincerest apologies to you. You are a valued customer to us and we will work hard to improve and ensure such an issue does not occur again in the future.

Riassunto : semplicemente per via di controlli ferrei alla dogana,il mio pacchetto ritarderá di circa 10 giorni lavorativi.
Come metodo di spedizione ho scelto italy priority line e mi dovrebbe arrivare con il corriere GLS.
Vi é mai capitata questa situazione?
