Il mio caso:
ordine mi drone (350 euro) n. IT15055582841548, spedito 18 sett, dal 12 ott in clearance a Londra, dopo un mese dalla spedizione, aperto tiket e segnalazione Paypal, GB mi contatta perche’ devo chiudere caso pp perchè venga rispedito, do fiducia e chiudo tutti i casi pp, ma adesso sign. Wanderer non vuole spedire, continua a chiedere di chiudere caso pp (ho inviato anche foto di tutti i casi chiusi), ma nonstante la mia buona volontà continua a perdere tempo e non vuole spedire.

Per me, GearBest NON è un venditore affidabile. Vergogna!
I payed my drone day sep 16 2017, but due to customs problem, never recived.
I’m not guilty for UK customs problems, due to incorrect invoice.
I closed all Paypal cases as required, but now mister Wanderer waste time and does not want send my mi drone.

daniele: Il signor Wanderer è il mio contatto con Gearbest, cioè è quello che firma i messaggi dei tiket che ho inviato a GB.
La traduzione è vagabondo, ma è ovviamente un caso, come da noi in Italia ci sono i vari cognomi che hanno un significato.
