Pacchi fermi a Londra – LA RISPOSTA DI GEARBEST ALLA CONTESTAZIONE PAYPAL

Ho due pacchi fermi a Londra rispettivamente dal 02/09 e 06/09.
Leggendo i vari post ho capito che probabilmente i pacchi non arriveranno in tempi utili, credo ci vorranno diverse settimane, pertanto ho aperto una contestazione degli addebiti tramite PayPal.

ECCO L’INUTILE RISPOSTA, CREDO AGIRO’ ESCLUDENDO IL CONTATTO DIRETTO CON IL VENDITORE E RIVOLGENDOMI DIRETTAMENTE A PAYPAL:

“We are sorry for any inconvenience. After tracking your parcel on the tracking site, we are sorry to inform you that the tracking number is inactive right now. If you get a tracking result like “Not found” , it means that the tracking information is unavailable at this time. It does not mean that we have not mailed your package. NOTE: 1. There may be some delays between scanning events and the website’ s updates. Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated online by the shipper. Therefore, please wait a few more days and try again later. 2. Usually, most parcels with this carrier will be received within 10-25 working days after the shipment date. This time frame is valid regardless of the tracking information’ s availability. 3. For international shipments it is common for the tracking information to update only once the package is in the destination country. Before this it may just say that the package is in transit. It may stay in this status for some time but please know that your parcel is on its way. Once again thank you for you patience and understanding.”
