Based around a 10th Gen Intel Core i3, X35G is one of the latest MINI PC launched by Minisforum. It is not be a gaming PC for AAA games, but it might just be what you need for working from home. A 10th Gen Intel Core i3 1005G1 Ice Lake CPU may not sound impressive, with just two cores and a base frequency of just 1.2 GHz and a boost to 3.4 GHz, but it will get the job done for most tasks.
The base version of the Minisforum X35G comes with 16GB of RAM in a dual-channel configuration. It also avails the advanced Intel Optane memory designed to adjust to your personal preferences. Basically, an AI learns what tasks you perform most often, and keeps those programs ready in RAM. Best of all, it’s adaptive. As your usage habits change, the memory will continue to adapt.
With three outputs for video, two of which at 4K 60Hz (HDMI and DisplayPort) and the remaining USB C offering a 5K 120Hz output, we have plenty of options catering to all of our needs. Dual Gigabit Ethernet and support for WiFi6 via an Intel WIFI6 AX200 along with a selection of USB 2.0, 3.1 Gen2 and USB C with video out and power input rounds off an interesting offering.
