Buongiorno, ho una questione delicata da porre.
Io ho effettuato un ordine su Gearbest da 217euro ca. con spedizione DHL.
Appena dopo aver effettuato il pagamento mi mandano una mail con scritto che ringraziano per l’ordine e che avevano aperto un ticket da leggere con attenzione.
Queste le parole scritte nel ticket: ”
Dear Nicolas,
Thank you for ordering with gearbest.
We apologize that we haven’t shipped your order out yet.
Please note: We can ship your order out via DHL, but due to the item’s status with Customs,the custom fee would be significantly high for you in your country, could you please tell us whether you can accept it?
Taxes are charged by your local Customs Office and country regulations that is beyond our control. DHL shipping will just takes 3-7 business days to reach you after we shipped the items out.
Or could you please confirm whether you are happy to use Express line shipping (7-15 business days) or flat rate shipping(10-25 business days)?
If there is any price difference, we will either ask you to pay it or we will refund the balance if any.
Please contact me as soon as possible and let me know if this is acceptable, so that we can process the order for you.”
Io ho risposto a distanza di una settimana, ma non c’erano date di scadenza per scegliere.
Ora, io non sono un madrelingua, ma se ho capito bene, mi dicino che ci potrebbero essere dei costi doganali alti per cui mi chiedono se va bene o se voglio cambiare metodo di spedizione.
Io rispondo dicendo che entro pochi euro accettavo DHL, ma ad un costo maggiore avrei scelto la spedizione più veloce senza costi aggiuntivi (non doganali).
Mi rispondono dicendo che i costi sono a mie spese come da “termini e condizioni” e che DHL avrebbe anticipato la spesa per addebitarmela una volta arrivato il pacco.
Ora.. che senso ha aprire un ticket e chiedermi una cosa se poi non è possibile fare quello che loro mi chiedono?
Esiste un modo per risolvere questa situazione che non sia pagare i costi doganali?
